Duty

Robert E. Lee said, “Do your duty in all things. You cannot do more, you should never wish to do less.” Art Williams always said, “All you can do is all you can do…but all you can do is enough.”

Webster’s defines duty as: obligatory tasks, conduct, service, or functions that arise from one's position (as in life or in a group).

Are you doing ‘all you can do’? Do you provide your customers world-class service with a great attitude? Are you partnering with all the teams in your company and their leadership on all projects? Are you working with your marketing department in order to brand yourself as THE “go to” person for all solutions? Are you providing detailed, on-time information in your salesforce database? Are you giving value & benefit in all your interactions?

So do your duty in all things, give it 100% and reap the benefits of a job well done---whether in your career, your family or your organizations.

Until next time, remember “Your Success Is My Business."™
